Pick your pink and red flowers from redbud trees while they’re blooming. I find that they have a light nutty and sweet flavor. You can sprinkle them over eggs, vegetables, buttered rolls/bread and salads. They’re also nice on top of cupcakes and other baked goods. Redbud flowers are very versatile and add a pop of color to many dishes.
